Irrigation lines placed on the foundation wall can bleed out causing problems

While this is really cool stuff, and seems like the best part of the landscape at times, too much watering from pvc sprinkler lines can produce lots of excess groundwater and cause both you and your below grade neighbor lots of headaches in the long run.
